Hi, I’m Jeff McAffee. I’m married to Kendra, the best and most beautiful wife and mother ever to grace the earth. We were married in 1995 and we have three wonderful kids, Ethan, Anna, and Ella. I’ve spent most of my life here in Phoenix but I’ve done some traveling and even lived overseas for a while.  I’ve been a missionary, gone to seminary, and taught high school and college. I’ve had my share of successes and failures throughout my life and I’m thankful for every God-ordained step of the way. I love God, family, and country.

When I’m not doing my thing here at the church or spending time with family, I can be found on the racquetball court, golf course, or warming the booth of a great diner around town enjoying coffee and fellowship with a good friend.

Parkway Community Church is the real deal. We’ve always been a place of healing, reconciliation, and new life because we try our best to never hinder the mission of the Spirit of God. Hello! I'm Stephanie. My husband Travis and I came to Parkway in the summer of 2000 from Lee University. We instantly fell in love with Arizona (Phoenix in particular) and have loved it ever since.

I'm now the Minister of Music at Parkway and am enjoying every minute of it. This is our fifth year as host-parents to Surlah, our foreign exchange student from South Korea, and we are also enjoying our beautiful 20-month-old, Alexis Lynn. Travis is currently deployed with the 2-285th Aviation Regiment and is serving in Iraq.

I love all things music, but almost never watch American Idol...Simon is so mean! My favorite TV shows are "Chuck", "Ace of Cakes", and "Iron Chef". In my spare time, I love to work on personal projects - like writing musicals and painting my house. I really love spending hours talking to friends, cooking together, and watching movies. Oh, and my fav drink is a Sugar Free Vanilla Breve Latte, 2 splenda - no whip!

My quirks? If you hear country music playing at my house, you know I'm cleaning and cooking! Also, I can't stand to watch a movie more than once! My personal goal in the next five years is to visit Savannah, Georgia and Prince Edward Island, Canada - oh, and go on the Disney cruise again! If you see me around the campus, I might be a little busy (they tell me that's just my personality) but I'm never too busy to meet you!

Hey, I’m Kris! Let's see, I am originally from Pennsylvania, and I do miss the four seasons! I graduated from high school in June 2005, and left for the Marine Corps Boot Camp in July 2005. I was in the Marines for four years and during that time I deployed to Iraq from January 2007 to September 2007. While I was in the Marines, I gave my life to Christ and have been falling deeper in love with God ever since then.

I got out of the Marines in July 2009 and I moved to Phoenix to go to school at Grand Canyon University. Currently, I am a Christian Studies Major at Grand Canyon. Since moving to Phoenix, God has blessed me with so much, especially my Parkway Family!

I am now the Christian Education Director at Parkway Community Church. I know it is a fancy title, but it simply means that I have the privilege of overseeing the Children’s and Youth Ministries.

I only have one weakness (although debatable) and that is Starbucks!!! So, if you really want something from me, bring me an Iced Venti Mocha with Five Shots of Espresso and you will probably get it.

I really look forward to my future here at Parkway and cannot wait to see what God has in store for us!!! Also, if you want to be a servant leader in the Children’s or Youth Ministries, contact me. We always have room for another servant of God! If you see me on campus please stop me and say hi.

Hello, I'm Sandy. I have three wonderful children and six wonderful grandchildren. I've lived in the Phoenix area off and on since the age of seven. I love Phoenix and I would never want to live anywhere else. I started attending Parkway about two years ago to be in church with my daughter Kiim and her husband Clif and my grandchildren. I felt completely comfortable with the surroundings and the people here, so I stayed. When they asked me to be the church's Treasurer, I naturally said, "yes"; my career background is in the Accounting field. How amazing is that?! I'm going to a church where I love the people and now the job that I love is working with those same poeple, it can't get any better than that.

One of my favorite things to do is work cryptogram puzzles when I have some time to kill (when I'm on hold or waiting for an appointment). I also like to watch a little TV now and then. My favorite programs are "So You Think You Can Dance" and, like Pastor Stephanie, my most favorite one is "Chuck". I like family and friend get-togethers where I can enjoy a good meal, relax, and enjoy their company. I have two places I would love to visit someday; Ireland and Israel. Until then, I will enjoy what God has given me here at Parkway and look forward to my time here lasting a very long time and the many blessings He has in store for me in the future.
